Effective Line Management Training

Good line management is absolutely key to getting the best out of your apprentices or staff members, but unresolved issues can lead to a lack of trust, a drop in productivity (or an absence of growth in productivity) and an energy-sapping working relationship.

This forum-style session will offer opportunity to express concerns, share good practice, and pick up helpful ideas.

In this session, Maria Laxton (the Diocesan Counsellor) will give an overview of addiction, what it is and how it works. She will give practical guidance in how to engage appropriately and helpfully with people who live with addiction.

This Lent, Equip Hub’s Lent Series will explore the same themes as the Church of England’s Lent Reflections – ‘Living Hope’. Our series of 45 minute Zoom gatherings, will complement the resources produced by the National Church, including a booklet and daily reflections.

This session will help us think about the range of neurodiversity and how we can reflect that in our church ministry.

Dig into the themes of names, water, gardens, Messiah and Trinity in the Bible in this online course.

Reflecting on various biblical stories of death and grief. We will consider how the reality of suffering is considered both before, and in the light of, Jesus’ death and resurrection.

Exploring Bible stories that involve a wide range of dysfunctional family dynamics surrounding key characters in the Bible (including struggles with children, parents, spouses, siblings and extended families).
