Information for Pathway followers

| Dear , |
We are so glad you have joined a Pathway. We know some of you started last term and that many of you have joined over the summer and are ready to start. We now have five Pathways running and if you click on your Pathway (through the Equip Hub) you will see several of our sessions have now been confirmed and you are able to book them.
Anyone can register for the learning courses and training sessions, so consider if there is someone else that it might be helpful to invite to join you.
We are excited to be running our first Unconscious Bias training at the end of September. This is a core training for every Pathway, so we are letting you know now before we publicise it more later this week. This training will also be running in February mid week. Again, do consider if there is anyone from your church who you should be inviting along. See below for more details and booking.
The only part of a Pathway that isn’t open to everyone is the Personal Formation groups. The Monday evening group will continue and there is a new Tuesday morning group too. They will cover the same topics but allow people more options on times. You must book onto the sessions but you can vary which time you attend for each session. See below for details.
If you have any questions, do send me an email at anna.naish@coventry.anglican.org
Best wishes,
Anna

| Personal Formation - Mondays |
|
The purpose of the formation group is to explore they personality, experiences, gifts and faith God has given you and how they shape the ministries that you are in. There will be times for personal reflection and times of discussion, during which we encourage you to share honestly without needing to share more than you are comfortable with.
You can book one, several or all the sessions at once (you can also return later to book other sessions).
