Equip Update

Dear , We’ve been working on a new look for the Equip Hub over the last couple of months and are happy to let you know that it will be launching very soon. There’s no need to worry as you will be able to log in and access all of the resources, events and courses as usual. The new design is intended to make it a lot easier for you to find what you’re looking for. It will include some useful new features which we’re looking forward to telling you about. Think of this as replacing the doors on the kitchen cupboards and adding a few more cupboards rather than redesigning the entire kitchen. Conflict Transformation Group Do you have relational qualities that help build trust, a deep listener, has a learning spirit, is self-aware, a team player and a gracious communicator? If this sounds like this may be you, think about registering your interest for the Conflict Transformation Group (CTG) The Diocese is looking for lay people to be part of this voluntary group. Funded training spaces will take place in the autumn, registered candidates will be taken through a discernment process to identify if this a good fit. When trained, CTG members will support parishes in conflict situations within the diocese. The skills and insights gained through this high quality training will also be a great asset within your own context. Parish-level Practicalities This ‘forum’ event will provide an opportunity to consider the practicalities of engaging the PCC and wider community of the church in discerning whether or not to use the Prayers of Love and Faith.
