| Coventry Cathedral vigil for Ukraine - 24 February |
On the 24th February, Coventry Cathedral will be joining with the Coventry Ukrainian Community to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine. From 6pm there will be a procession from the Lower Precinct (gathering at 5.45pm) and moving to the Coventry Cathedral Ruins for a candlelit vigil at 6.30pm. The service at the Ruins will be led by the Very Rev David Senyk & Fr Taras Dovbeniuk from the Ukrainian Church and by Coventry Cathedral.
All are warmly invited to attend and remember those who have tragically lost their lives and pray for peace.

| Daffodil Sunday at Newnham Paddox |
Taking place on 16th April 2023 ~ from 11am to 4pm, this will be a terrific family day out at Newnham Paddox (CV23 0RA) amid carpets of daffodils, with woodland and lakeside walks in grounds designed by ‘Capability’ Brown. Hosted by Friends of the Revel Churches (by generous permission of the Earl & Countess of Denbigh).
Listen to Dunchurch Silver Band, Ocho Rios Steel Band, Lions Chorus. See Jill Bartlett’s School of Dancing, woodturning, vintage vehicles, owls, ferrets alpacas. Try pottery and archery. Enjoy Gin from Rugby Distillery, Wines from Welland Valley Vineyard , hotdogs, fudge, preserves and plants for sale, ice cream, refreshments.

| The Children’s Society’s #LookCloser |
The Children’s Society’s #LookCloser campaign encourages people to become aware of the signs of a young person being exploited, and to understand how to raise their concerns.
This campaign runs all year through, however w/c Monday 27th February they have planned a focus week where they hope the awareness levels, press coverage, and general noise around child exploitation will be heightened.

| Urban Hope announcement |
URBAN HOPE has fulfilled a demanding and creative mission reaching children and adults who often face complex challenges since April 2011. In agreement with all concerned, a recommendation was made to conclude the BMO.
We thank God for all who led Urban Hope and the difference it has made to many of those living in the inner city.
A final Sunday gathering for Urban Hope will take place March 5th at 11.30am. A celebration service will be arranged later this spring.
Bardsley Youth Project and Coffee Tots, ministries with which Urban Hope has worked closely for many years, will continue.

| Volunteers needed to help process Answered Prayers for Eternal Wall |
Birmingham, Coventry or Leicester based volunteers needed for up to 2.5 days a week to read and help process the extraordinary answered prayers that Eternal Wall receives each day. Be part of the answered prayer review process, reading answered prayers from across the globe.
Be uplifted while you volunteer and help to equip Eternal Wall to make hope visible to the generations. Training will be provided.
For security purposes this role can only be undertaken at the head office at Nettle Hill Conference Centre in Ansty, Coventry. Helpful skills would be a keen attention to detail, fluency in English and being comfortable using a computer.
