| Youth Worship Course |
We are looking for 13-18 year olds who want to learn how to worship, and develop their skills and confidence leading other people in worship.
Each session will start with some teaching, and a discussion focusing on questions like; What is worship? Why do we worship? We will then apply the theory – learning a song together and using it in a time of Worship
You will need some musical knowledge and ability to be able to participate fully – this can either be singing or playing an instrument.
James Henney from the Serving Christ team is running the course in association with Thrive Youth Ministries. To book, head to – www.thriveym.org.uk
If you have any questions, please get in touch with James – james.henney@coventry.anglican.org

| Rugby Church Secures an £80,000 Refurbishment Grant |
St Peter & St John’s Church, Rugby has been successful in securing a social impact grant of £80,000 from Warwickshire County Council and the Heart of England Community Foundation to update their internal space.
Work has already been completed on transforming the old ‘vicars toilet’ into a clean modern space with new sanitary wear, tiling, water and electric heater. In addition, a kitchenette has been installed in the choir vestry to turn this into a fully modernised meeting room which the church can hire out.
Further work will include a full refurbishment of the parquet flooring throughout the building and a brand new kitchen. The church feels extremely grateful and excited to see the community benefit from the new facilities.
