| Operations and Facilities Manager - Saints Nuneaton |
Together for Change (TFC) is seeking to appoint a new post to be part of the management team being set up at Saints Nuneaton to lead on the development and delivery of this ground-breaking project to impact young people in Nuneaton and bring about the three-pronged strategy of ‘Enterprise and Equip’, ‘Create and Connect’ and ‘Sport and Support’.
The successful applicant will have experience of running a centre serving the local community. Key responsibilities of the Operations and Facilities Manager include:
• Oversee the operational management of Saints Nuneaton, ensuring all policies and practices are up-to-date and adhered to.
• Oversight of building maintenance, facilities and bookings. This includes keeping records up-to-date, including processing invoices and payments promptly.
• Supporting Phase Two renovations.
• Establish the hospitality offer within Saints, including oversight of the café working closely with the chef, ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Providing training and supervision of placements.
This is a full time role of 35 hours per week with a salary of £30,000 per annum plus employer pension contributions at 8.5%.

| Caretaker - St Mary's, Warwick |
Collegiate Church of St Mary, Warwick, seeks a caretaker for minimum 9 hours per week, across 3 mornings (usually Mon, Wed, Fri). Extra hours as required depending on church activities.
Responsibilities include cleaning, setting church for services and events, maintenance tasks and building security. The successful candidate must be physically fit with good maintenance/DIY skills, reliable, hard-working, able to work alone and calm under pressure.
