| Property Office Administrator |
The Diocese of Coventry is looking to appoint a temporary Property Office Administrator to work for a short period of time – approximately 1-2 months to cover for absence.
Activities include:
– Being the first point of contact for all enquiries regarding clergy housing, including from clergy and their families.
– Dealing with routine matters relating to the repair and maintenance of clergy and lay worker
housing.
– To effectively manage the Property Management System.

| Parish Administrator - St John the Divine, Willenhall |
St john the Divine are looking for a new Administrator to support the Vicar and others in running the life and work at St John the Divine Church, Willenhall Coventry.
You will be responsible for the main administrative tasks related to the life of the church. You will need excellent organisational skills and to be competent with Microsoft Office Applications and Website management. Good people skills are essential, as well as an ability to work well alone, show adaptability and take initiative. This post is based at the Parish Office. Some flexibility in working hours is possible.
This is a part-time role of 8 hours per week (Tuesday and Thursday mornings – ideally 9am-1pm or 9:30am-1:30pm) with a salary of £4,118 pa.
