| Governance and Grants Officer |
£18,017.40 per annum salary (£30,029 FTE) + 8.5% Employers Pension contribution
21 hours per week. (Time off in lieu for some Saturday (up to 5 p.a.) and evening (up to 6 p.a.) meetings)

We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated person with relevant experience who finds joy in working accurately and with attention to detail. The successful applicant will have effective verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal and customer service skills and be able to thrive in a busy faith-based working environment. The Governance & Grants Officer is part of the Finance and Governance team, and will be an employee of the Coventry Diocesan Board of Finance (“DBF”). This role will work in partnership with the Governance and Parish Returns Officer, to cover the governance and administrative requirements of the DBF’s committees. This role will also work closely with our parishes managing the grants application process for various mission funds distributed by the diocese.

| Operations Administrator and Assistant DAC Secretary |
£24,953 per annum salary + 8.5% Employers Pension contribution
35 hours per week. Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work required.
The Diocese of Coventry is seeking to appoint a full time Operations Administrator and Assistant DAC Secretary. The Operations Administrator will be responsible, as part of the Operations Team, for assisting in the efficient and effective support of services to the people and parishes of the Diocese.
We require a highly organised and capable administrator with a keen eye for detail and an ability to follow process efficiently. The successful applicant will have a proven capability in effective verbal and written communication, and will be proficient in word-processing and data processing.
You will provide support with administration relating to church buildings and management of the Diocesan office. You will fulfil a number of tasks including: receiving general telephone calls, servicing meetings, welcoming visitors, ordering supplies, overseeing the post and deliveries and general office duties.

| Associate Minister - Mission Hub Churches in the Diocese of Coventry |
The Diocese of Coventry is recruiting three new Associate Ministers, each fully funded at incumbent level with housing, for an initial period of five years. This is part of an exciting and adventurous mission strategy to see healthy churches propagate, plant, or graft 150 new worshipping communities over the next ten years.
We are seeking colleagues from a breadth of traditions who fit the following person specification:
Self-starters who are good team players, but also have the skills and an ability to take on individual responsibility for key church growth projects.
Have experience in leadership in a missional church.
Teaching, enabling and facilitating in evangelism, everyday faith.
Experience of leading or responsibility in a church plant, fresh expression or re-imagining the mission of the local church.
Comfortable to work in a breadth of tradition to resource contextual mission.
Engaging preaching and communication.
Experience of developing and leading digital church services.
