For this unique role, we are looking for a person of special talent who, as a key member of the Bishop’s senior staff team, will bring a track record of successful strategic and operational leadership gained in a complex and diverse environment in the private or public sector.
Our new Diocesan Secretary and Chief Executive will support, nurture and develop a collaborative team of professionals, build collaborative relationships at all levels, maintain financial stability and manage all Diocesan resources. You will co-operate and work together with our many and varied partners across and beyond the Diocese, supporting the Bishop in ensuring that each Christian community is empowered and engaged in the delivery of our ministry and vision.

| Vacancies at St Peter's, Hillfields |
St Peter’s, Hillfields currently have three vacancies. They are:
Community Engagement Worker – 17.5 hours per week, FTE £25,000 (£12,500). This post will work closely with the Team Leader to develop a strategic vision for Christ-centred community engagement, particularly focused on using the church building for the betterment of the local community.
Cross-Cultural Outreach Worker – 21 hours per week, FTE £25,000 (£15,000). This post will work closely with the Team Leader to develop a strategic vision for Christ-centred cross-cultural engagement, particularly focused on people from other countries.
Worship Pastor – 14 hours per week, FTE £25,000 (£10,000). This post will work closely with the Team Leader to develop a strategic vision for Christ-centred, Spirit-filled worship for the whole church community.
