The Diocese of Coventry is seeking an ambitious Audit and Risk Committee Member with skills in any of the following key areas: corporate governance; audit and compliance protocol; risk management. This is a voluntary position.

| Priest-in-Charge - Rugby St George & Vicar - St Peter and St John |
These two churches, in the growing town of Rugby, are at an exciting stage with a proposal to join together to form a new Benefice. We are developing our relationship with each other, whilst each church also continues its work in our communities.
We welcome a candidate who is:
A Pastor and Leader who will encourage and inspire all church members in the life of the church and in their spiritual journey.
Able to identify, train, encourage and empower church leaders and the laity in general, delegating where appropriate.
Approachable, welcoming and inclusive, able to communicate the Christian faith in a way that is contemporary, appealing and inspirational.
Eager for growth with a pioneering spirit. Have some experience in engaging parents and families, is enthusiastic to build on our work with local schools, and can build a good rapport with children.
Is good at self-management, including managing own time and dealing with conflicting demands.
Is open to leading a variety of styles of worship service.

| Secretary to The Diocesan Advisory Committee (DAC) and Operations Team Supervisor |

£35,545 per annum salary + 8.5% Employers Pension contribution.
The Diocese of Coventry is seeking to appoint a full time Secretary to the Diocesan Advisory Committee (DAC) and Operations Team Supervisor.
As Secretary to the Diocesan Advisory Committee you will have a knowledge of mission, worship and church architecture; with an appreciation of ancient buildings but also the openness to their development for missional purposes. You will enable the Committee in the area of Faculties and Care of Churches to fulfil their statutory functions efficiently and constructively encouraging a positive attitude to the operation of the Faculty system among parishes and clergy in the Diocese.
As Operations Team Supervisor you will support the Director of Operations with Operational Administration ensuring care and maintenance of the Diocesan Office and administration support is effectively provided for all DBF Departments.
