Event information
‘Culture’ is a shorthand way of identifying the values, customs, attitudes, and social interactions of any group of people. We don’t live in isolation. We live in communities – and every community has a culture. Including your church music group.
Our values and attitudes, and the ways in which we express them will naturally impact those we work with, and those we serve. For better, and for worse…
We are holding a workshop and discussion time for worship and music teams focused on team culture. We will be looking at how to identify culture, how to shape culture, and why the culture within our teams is so important to what we do!
If you are able to come with a group from your team that would be ideal. However, individuals are also very welcome, and there will be opportunity to discuss your context with individuals from other teams.
Come and be a part of the discussion.
Hungry for more?
This event is being run by Hungry for More, a learning community for those who lead others in worship. As a group we are seeking to explore what it is to be a worshipper, nurture in ourselves a more passionate spirituality, and develop our ability to lead others into a more passionate life of worship.
You are welcome to come to this event as a one off, but if you are interested in joining the learning community click here for more information.
