What is it?
The Church of England to nurturing vocations, both to licensed lay ministry and ordination, from people from a greater variety of background and experience. In this session, Mark Norris, the Coventry DDO, will explore the ‘Qualities’ that provide the framework for the discernment, training and formation of ordained and licensed ministers. He will introduce the revised discernment process that is being introduced this year and will lead discussion on how we can encourage, nurture and support the vocations of those around us.
