What is it?
This is the Safeguarding Leadership Course delivered online via two 90-minute Zoom sessions designed for all who play a lead role in shaping the culture of their church body.
The aim is that participants explore what healthy culture looks like, how power and influence can be used well, and how leaders can prevent harm before it happens. We’ll look honestly at what can go wrong, learn from lived experience, and equip ourselves with the insight, confidence, and clarity needed to respond well when concerns arise.
This session will be led by Liam McCormack.

Workbook
After enrolling on this course you will receive a link to your workbook. You must complete three tasks in your workbook and bring it with you to the first session. If you do not complete these tasks, you will not be able to take part in this course.
