What is it?
This course focuses on formational development for ordained ministers in positions of primary responsibility. The course explores the dynamics of being a fruitful and godly Christian leader, viewed from practical, personal and theological perspectives. The focus of the programme is on personal development as a Christian minister.
The course is structured around three residentials which are held in the attractive surroundings of the Stratford Manor Hotel, near Stratford on Avon (complete with swimming pool, gym, and peaceful grounds)
Who is it for?
‘Developing Ministry’ is particularly designed for those who are in the early years of their first post of primary responsibility. However, people at other stages of ministry also find it stimulating, refreshing and helpful.

Residential 1 – Who am I? Tue Feb 20th (10am) to Thu Feb 22nd (afternoon)
Residential 2 – What am seeking? Wed June 19th (10am) to Thu June 20th (afternoon)
Residential 3 – Where am I dwelling? Tue Nov 12th (10am) to Thu Nov 14th (afternoon)
Cost
This course costs approximately £1,400 per person, which will be fully covered by your diocese if they have invited you onto the course. You will only be responsible for covering travel costs.
