What is it?

Faith is about our whole lives not just about Sunday mornings at church or Tuesday nights at Messy church. Yet, parents, grandparents and other carers do not always feel confident in talking about faith, praying or worshipping together.

This session will help you think about your ministry space (church, schools, community etc) and how you can help families to take faith home, to share with one another and to grow in confidence. There may be big things to consider, but often small actions and changes can have a big impact!

This session will be led by Anna Naish.

Who is it for?

This session is aimed at anyone exploring or involved in a ministry with children, youth or families. It will also be relevant to parents, grandparents and caregivers who is wondering what you can do at home and suggest to their churches!

This is a core training session for those on the Children, youth and families Pathway. For more details click here.

Event information

Time: 7pm – 9pm

Venue: St Stephens’s Church, Charter Avenue, Canley, Coventry, CV4 8DA

Car sharing

We really encourage car sharing both for the environment and because we are aware not everyone has easy access to a car or public transport. There are a couple of questions in the booking form for those that would like to offer and/or receive lifts so we can connect people who are close to one another. Please note it asks for the first 3 or 4 letters of your postcode (e.g. CV6, CV12) so we can put you in touch with relevant people.
