Have some experience in engaging parents and families, is enthusiastic to build on our work with local schools, and can build a good rapport with children,

| Associate Minister - Mission Hub Churches in the Diocese of Coventry |
The Diocese of Coventry is recruiting three new Associate Ministers, each fully funded at incumbent level with housing, for an initial period of five years. This is part of an exciting and adventurous mission strategy to see healthy churches propagate, plant, or graft 150 new worshipping communities over the next ten years.
We are seeking colleagues from a breadth of traditions who fit the following person specification:
Self-starters who are good team players, but also have the skills and an ability to take on individual responsibility for key church growth projects,
Have experience in leadership in a missional church,
Teaching, enabling and facilitating in evangelism, everyday faith,
Experience of leading or responsibility in a church plant, fresh expression or re-imagining the mission of the local church,
Comfortable to work in a breadth of tradition to resource contextual mission,
Engaging preaching and communication,
Experience of developing and leading digital church services.

The Diocese of Coventry is seeking to appoint a full time Operations Administrator and Assistant DAC Secretary.
The Operations Administrator will be responsible, as part of the Operations Team, for assisting in the efficient and effective support of services to the people and parishes of the Diocese. We require a highly organised and capable administrator with a keen eye for detail and an ability to follow process efficiently. The successful applicant will have a proven capability in effective verbal and written communication, and will be proficient in word-processing and data processing.
You will provide support with administration relating to church buildings and management of the Diocesan office. You will fulfil a number of tasks including: receiving general telephone calls, servicing meetings, welcoming visitors, ordering supplies, overseeing the post and deliveries and general office duties.

The parishes of the Alcester Minster Benefice are situated in South Warwickshire and we have an exciting opportunity for a Children and Families worker to develop further new initiatives as well as build on existing ones. The successful candidate will oversee and expand the Minster’s ministry and mission with children from 0-to 11 years old and their families.
We are seeking someone with a vibrant Christian faith, a passion for enabling churches and schools to work together and ideally experience of working with children in a paid or voluntary capacity, the experience of supporting families, excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of audiences, including children, parents and teachers.
Salary equivalent to £14,500 annually for 20 hours per week/£28,000 37 hours full time.

They are looking for a committed Christian to take on the important Verger responsibilities from providing assistance in the delivery of worship services, welcoming visitors and worshippers, opening and locking up buildings and other tasks as required.

| Acting Assistant Director of Music - Coventry Cathedral |
Coventry Cathedral are seeking to appoint someone who will join their team of musicians to contribute positively to their fine musical tradition as they reach out to a generation not used to church.
The post is flexible with a salary range of £5878 to £10,100 depending on the contract agreed and is for a fixed term of nine months from September to May 2023 inclusive. The core position would be 8.5 hours per week and consists of playing the organ at the Cathedral’s four main services per week plus any special services. Work is largely over the weeks of term time together with Christmas, Holy Week and Easter.
