These two churches, in the growing town of Rugby, are at an exciting stage with a proposal to join together to form a new Benefice. We are developing our relationship with each other, whilst each church also continues its work in our communities.
We welcome a candidate who is:
A Pastor and Leader who will encourage and inspire all church members in the life of the church and in their spiritual journey.
Able to identify, train, encourage and empower church leaders and the laity in general, delegating where appropriate.
Approachable, welcoming and inclusive, able to communicate the Christian faith in a way that is contemporary, appealing and inspirational.
Eager for growth with a pioneering spirit. Have some experience in engaging parents and families, is enthusiastic to build on our work with local schools, and can build a good rapport with children.
Is good at self-management, including managing own time and dealing with conflicting demands.
Is open to leading a variety of styles of worship service.

| Programme Manager - New Worshipping Communities and Church Planting |
£42,000 per annum (£42,840 from 1st April 2022) + 8.5% employer pension contribution
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional early morning and evening work required; and very occasional week-ends
The Diocese of Coventry is seeking to appoint a full time Programme Manager to play a key role in helping the Diocese deliver its ambitions for a culture change in making and growing new disciples and in developing a more mission focused approach to the planning and deployment of resources.
The main responsibilities are:
Provide programme management leadership to enable implementation of the Growing the Heart of England strategy in line with the ‘Worshipping God, making new disciples and transforming communities’ vision of the Diocese of Coventry.
For our SDF-funded urban church plants, ensure successful delivery of programme objectives including reporting to key stakeholders via the Bishops Strategy Integration Group.
Work with the Director of Healthy Churches & New Worshipping Communities to develop programme management to facilitate the growth of 150 new worshipping communities over 10 years.

| Campaign Administrator - St Mary’s, Warwick |
St Mary’s Collegiate Church Warwick is seeking to appoint an Administrator for Campaign 2023, which is underway to raise funds for urgent repair of the tower and other repair and development projects. The successful candidate will work with Craigmyle Fundraising Consultants, the staff team, Churchwardens and volunteers to provide administrative and communications support to Campaign 2023.
The work will be varied, sociable and interesting and will involve working as part of a team while using their initiative to solve day to day challenges. The post requires excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, numeracy and IT literacy.
