What is it?
Collaborative leadership is something we talk about, and aspire to, but that isn’t always so easy to put into practice.
This ‘forum’ session is an opportunity to learn from one another’s wisdom and experience. If you are passionate about collaborative leadership – please come. If you are struggling to put the collaborative ideal into practice – please come. If you know this is something you could do more of, but don’t know where to start – please come.
One key to build an effective collaboration is to plan that collaboration together. So if there are colleagues with whom you would like to collaborate more effectively, bring them with you.
This forum session will be co-hosted by Rob Harrison and Anna Naish
