What is it?
This year we have redesigned and rewritten our MDR process for clergy. This refresher session will introduce and explain the new process. We will also set aside time for sharing and refreshing good practice in the ministry of reviewing the ministry of clergy colleagues.
Though MDR reviewers are not required to attend, they are strongly encouraged to do so. The session will be led by Rob Harrison, who was part of the team that shaped the new MDR process.
