What is it?
All human life has its ups and downs; a faithful life, lived in service to God, is no exception. This five-week zoom course will explore the joys, challenges, hopes and fears of life through the story of King David.
We will see how God’s love was experienced through disaster and failure, as much as through the success and victory.
Rob Harrison brings to the course both knowledge of the culture and historical background to the Biblical account and the perspective of a storyteller and writer. He said, ‘We know more about David’s life than about any other character in the Bible – a life that was flawed in many ways yet deeply devoted to God. There is so much we can learn from King David.’
Who is it for?
This course is open to anyone who is interested.
