What is Myriad?
MYRIAD was developed by the Gregory Centre for Church Multiplication to serve the Mixed Ecology vision of the Church of England for 10,000 new worshipping communities. What is a learning community?
It is more than a course. We will meet together twice a year for a Friday night and Saturday for teaching, worship and input. There will be opportunities to share and keep each other accountable. Overall leaders will receive a mentor and teams will be encouraged to set realistic targets to work towards.
Who is it for?
Lay leaders and their teams from across the diocese of Coventry who are starting something new, have recently started something new, or are exploring what they might do.
How do I get involved?
You (and a team of 1-4 others who want to join you on this journey) will need to apply by the end of September with the support of your church leader.
When is it?
Our first gathering is Friday 18th – Saturday 19th October 2024 at St. Paul’s in Leamington Spa. Future gatherings will be 9-10th May 2025, 17-18th Oct 2025 and 24-25th April 2026, with one further gathering with dates tbc.
