What is it?
Those that have a gifting and calling into pastoral ministry caring for others can be hugely rewarding. It is also tiring as you use your energy to support people around you. For people in this ministry it is important to find people who can journey alongside them. This session will be considering how we can build pastoral teams formally in your context and how you can find informal support if we are the lone pastoral minister within our church.
This course will be lead by Anna Naish.
