‘One constant in this world is change’. Whether we like it or not, change is as inevitable as it is necessary, and yet we all naturally resist it at times. Some look to their church to be a sanctuary from the tides of change.
In an organization where most of the stakeholders are volunteers, managing change is all the more challenging. This practical and interactive session will explore principles and strategies for effective change management.
